A brief chat with Rahell Rada
Talent Acquisition, young talents and graduates.
Meet our employees from different parts of Zenseact when they share their story, insights and experiences.
Who are you?
My name is Rahell, and I work at Zenseact as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Student Relations Manager.
What do you focus on in your role in the TA team?
I mainly support and coach hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. I also build relationships with students, from school level all the way to university, helping them discover opportunities in tech.
How does Zenseact work with young talents?
We engage with young people at every stage. From inviting school classes to explore our garage and self-driving cars, to partnering with initiatives like Girls at Tech Nordics and Changers Hub. We also mentor high school students, support university projects, offer internships, summer jobs, PhDs, and even postdoc opportunities. The goal is to inspire, open doors, and show what a future in tech can look like.
How are the young talent initiatives linked to our diversity efforts in the company?
They’re closely connected. Our initiatives tie into Zenseact’s CSR work and the UN sustainability goals. It’s about creating access and opportunities for people from different backgrounds, democratizing knowledge, and making sure that anyone, no matter where they come from, can see a place for themselves here.
Why should young talents join Zenseact to start their career?
Because you get to work with cutting-edge technology that very few in the world are doing. It’s like the level of Silicon Valley, but at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. You’ll learn from some of the best supervisors and teams, gain unique knowledge, and at the same time contribute to something meaningful for society.
What makes you smile at work?
Knowing that what we do makes a difference. I enjoy the variety in my role, being connected to many parts of the company, and working with colleagues who make me feel at home. I also value the diversity here. It gives me confidence to speak up and be myself.
