The Zenseact recruitment process
Interested in joining Zenseact? Here's a breakdown of our typical recruitment process
1. Application Review:
We review applications, including your resume, cover letter, and any other relevant documents. Our goal is to provide feedback within two weeks of receiving your application. However, please bear with us as timelines may vary depending on the specifics of each recruitment process.
2. Assessments
Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a brief aptitude and/or programming test. These assessments help us evaluate your basic skills and programming abilities.
3. Initial interview
If your application and assessments are promising, we'll invite you for a 30-60 minute initial interview with the hiring manager. This is a chance for us to learn about your experiences and for you to explore the role and our culture.4. Home assignment and technical interview
You may be asked to complete a practical task, which you’ll present in a follow-up discussion with team members. This helps us understand how you approach technical issues in the role.
5. Personality questionnaire
The final stage includes a personality questionnaire, followed by a conversation about how you might approach various work scenarios.
