Our Munich team is a growing, international group of engineers working on AI-based software for safer mobility. Alongside close collaboration with our Swedish headquarters, we have the freedom to shape how we work locally — from team culture to daily operations.

This role supports the entire Munich office and works closely with the Managing Director, People, and Workplace Experience teams. You’ll be part of building a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and can do their best.

Your mission and day-to-day tasks

In this role, you’ll support and improve how our Munich office operates — with plenty of room to take initiative and contribute ideas.

Typical day-to-day tasks include:

• Supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day coordination and administration

• Coordinating and supporting recruiting activities and hiring events

• Administrative support within HR and accounting, together with internal and external partners

• Organizing team events, onboarding activities, and social gatherings

• Managing office facilities, vendors, and practical office matters

• Identifying opportunities to improve office operations, collaboration, and team culture

Qualifications & experience

Essential experience

• Currently enrolled as a student

• Fluency in English and German

• A proactive mindset — you take initiative and follow through

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have, but absolutely not a must have

• Experience from student jobs, HR, office management, project coordination, or similar

• Interest in AI, software development, or the automotive industry
