We’re looking for a proactive and skilled System Design Coordinator to join our Team Guardians of Delivery. The team has the purpose of enabling the delivery of a high quality product, with consistency and transparency. 

Your mission and day-to-day tasks

As a System Design Coordinator, you will:

• Serve as the Point of Contact for Complete System Design Planning and Execution, collaborating with our System Design Team PO and customers.
• Coordinate System Design Tasks across various ARTs to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Handle System Design Issues reported by customers, overseeing root cause analysis and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate and Communicate Proposals and decisions affecting the Complete System Design.
• Support Product Releases by securing all necessary artifacts from the System Design domain.

Qualifications & experience

Essential experience

• 5 years of work experience 
• BSc within relevant engineering field
• Proven expertise in coordinating, planning, and communicating across multiple technical domains and stakeholders.
• System Development: Knowledge of architectural design, analysis, and system design.
• Automotive Embedded Software Development: Familiarity with the V-model and the relationship between Architecture, System Design, SW Design, and Verification.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SystemWeaver for evaluating system design status and content.
• Familiarity with Automotive Development Tools and workflows.
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile and SAFe principles.
