What you will do
We are looking for a creative Talent acquisition specialist with passion and drive to attract and recruit people with the right skillset and mindset, in a high tech company with People at heart. Your job will be to find the perfect match between the unique and highly specialized roles at Zenseact and the drivers of people with scarce competence in the market. This includes a personal and professional approach in all candidate interaction to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and creative employer branding events to continue to build our Zenseact brand.
We offer an exciting combination of working with high paced volume recruitment and search to niche profile roles, in a company in an exciting growth phase. There is plenty of room for continuous expansion along with constant development of our recruitment approach. You will work closely with our managers and product areas to understand their specific needs and build tailored recruitment strategies to deliver upon them.
The position is based at our office at Lindholmen, Gothenburg and you will report to the VP People.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in the role you should be passionate, driven and focused on making difference where it counts. You have a relevant degree and several years of experience from a similar role in a global environment; maybe from an agency and now feeling attracted to becoming part of a growing company.
As a person you enjoy getting to action fast to keep up with changing business requirements and feel comfortable to be in the unknown. You are curious and innovative, drawing outside best practices to solve problems and able to prioritize and work on multiple things at the same time. You thrive in a high paced environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and can demonstrate how your positive attitude and relationships have helped you deliver success in the past.
As a Talent acquisition specialist at Zenseact you work close to the technical teams and therefore get the holistic view on where the company is headed and how every competence profile contributes to that. Experience from independently driving recruitments from start to finish is a must, along with a track record of active search and headhunting on different platforms such as: Amazing Hiring, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and more. Hands-on experience with different sourcing strategies such as BOOLEAN Logic and X-Ray Search is highly beneficial. A good network of contacts within the Tech-scene, awareness of Tech meet-ups, conferences and other networks for potential sourcing is seen as a plus.

Flexible-remote way of working: Zenseact has a flexible and modern approach, thus is happy to offer to its employees the possibility for a combination of work at the office and from home. This doesn't include fully remote work from outside Sweden/China.
