We are looking for a Big Data Simulation Engineer to strengthen our team Seal that deals with open loop simulation on collected raw sensor data. This data is essential for the development of our safety system and our self-driving functionality. Your main role will be to re-simulate, the large amount of collected data, in an HPC (high performing computing) cluster and to analyze the performance. At Zenseact we perform extensive verification and validation in an SIL (software-in-the-loop) environment that we believe will make us winners in this race towards making autonomous vehicles a reality.
The successful applicant will hold a Master’s Degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Good programming skills, especially in Python and C/C++
- Use of version control systems such as Git/Gerrit and Artifactory comes natural to you
- Experience in CI/CD automation using frameworks such as Jenkins and GoCD
- Experience with working in Linux/Unix environment
We are impressed if you also have the following skills
- Experience in fault analysis and statistical data analysis
- Familiar with high performance computing and workload managers such as SLURM
- Familiar with SQL databases and visualization tools such as Grafana
- Familiar with agile tools, e.g. JIRA, Scrum, Kanban
